Return and exchange policy
1. Return and Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

You may request a return or exchange if any of the following apply:

(3) The item has an unusual smell or noticeable color difference
(4) The item received does not match your order
(5) You wish to return or exchange the item without a specific reason
3. Return Process
(1) Please contact us by email or phone and provide your order number, proof of payment, reason for return, and photos or videos if available.
(2) Our support team will review your request and, once approved, provide the return address. Please pack the item securely with all accessories, materials, and the return label included in the original packaging.
(3) Send the package to the provided return address and wait for confirmation.
(4) Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll arrange your refund if the issue is confirmed. More details can be found in our Refund Policy.
4. Exchange Process
(1) Contact us to request an exchange with your order and payment details, along with photos or videos if needed.
(2) After approval, return the item with all original contents and packaging.
(3) Once received and checked, we’ll ship your replacement item within 1–3 business days. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for delivery timing.
5. Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds are returned to the same payment card used for the order, including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and VISA.
Processing Time: Refunds usually take 10–15 business days to appear. If you don’t see the refund after this time, please let us know.
6. Cost Responsibility
(1) We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
(2) Return shipping costs for no-reason returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Liability Statement
We can only process returns and exchanges that meet the policy requirements and follow the correct steps.
Missing accessories, materials, or return labels may affect the result.
Please keep the item and all packaging until the process is completed.
