1. Order Cancellation Conditions
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
If more than 48 hours have passed or the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be available. However, once you receive the item, you’re welcome to contact us to request a return and refund. Please check our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
2. Order Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please get in touch with Selonalti (“we”) by email or phone and provide your order number, payment proof, and any other required details.
Our customer support team will review your request as quickly as possible. After approval, we’ll let you know the result and arrange your refund.
3. Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be sent back to the same payment card you used when placing the order, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and VISA.
Processing Time: Refunds typically take 10–15 business days to appear, depending on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
